Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a festive, hands-on cooking class full of bold flavors! Chef Tiffiny leads this class, where you’ll learn to make fresh corn tortillas, classic guacamole, flavorful shredded chicken tacos, and grilled elote (Mexican street corn). We’ll also shake up refreshing margaritas to complete the perfect fiesta-style meal. Class is for adults ages 21+.

Family Knife Skills – Keep the Knife!
Ages 7-10 w/Adult
Thursday, April 16th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm

Learning knife skills at a young age fosters independence, empowers the cook and enhances safety by replacing fear with proper, controlled techniques. Mastering these techniques, as an adult or a young person, leads to more efficient cooking and better eating.
With basic knife skills we’ll learn about the knife, knife cuts and cooking application. We’ll enjoy a roasted vegetable bowl with our knife cuts. Mary will demo a classic French vinaigrette

From fluffy waffles and buttery biscuits to golden cornbread (chef demo), tender scones, and a flavorful Mediterranean loaf studded with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, and olives, you’ll make three crowd-pleasers in one session while discovering what sets quick breads apart from their yeast-raised cousins.
