Join Chef Jo for the latest installment of our Cookbook Book Club. This class will focus on The Brain Health Kitchen: Preventing Alzheimer’s Through Food, by Annie Fenn, MD. This cookbook blends medical insight and culinary guidance while spotlighting ten neuroprotective foods—like leafy greens, berries, and more—through 100 recipes and cooking strategies, aiming to keep the brain sharp and resilient.
Join us for some fun and learn knife skills that will empower you to use more veggies and recreate some comfort food classics in a more healthful and mind protecting way.
Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for purchase with cash or card. Students work in pairs. Please register by December 10th to ensure your spot.
