Cancellations and Refunds

All students must accept Baker Hunt’s terms and conditions. Classes are for registered students only.

All cancellation, refund, and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]For Multi-Week Classes/Workshops/Events: Baker Hunt issues refunds up to 14 days prior to the class start. Cancellations made from 8-13 days prior to the class start are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds are issued after 8 days prior to the class start date. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

For Summer Youth Camps: Baker Hunt issues full refunds up to four (4) weeks prior to the start of the summer youth camp. Cancellations from 14-27 days prior to the start of camp, Baker Hunt will refund 50% of the registration fee. Any cancellations less than two weeks prior to the camp will not qualify for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee

Tardiness: Students are expected to arrive on time for class. In the event a student arrives 15 minutes or later after the scheduled start time of the class, they may not be allowed to enter. Late entry (especially for workshops and cooking classes) is disruptive to the class. Tardy students will not be issued a refund.

Baker Hunt staff will work with students experiencing extenuating circumstances to find the best solution. Baker Hunt reserves the right to cancel classes based on enrollment. All students affected by this change will be notified and will receive a full refund. No make-up classes will be made available in the case of illness.

Inclement Weather: For all affected students, we will work with the instructors to schedule a make-up date for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.  If a make-up date is impossible, students will receive a pro-rated refund for the missed class day. Please keep an eye on your email for updates. Pottery Students: we will attempt to check on your work when campus reopens and will carefully mist and wrap items that are obviously in progress to keep them workable until your next class meeting. If you have special instructions for us, please send them to [email protected].

Registered students may relinquish their seat to a replacement student by notifying Baker Hunt at least 1 week prior to the start date of the class and must provide the new student’s name, contact information, and age. A replacement cannot be made for individual weeks of a multi-week class; the replacement student will become the only registered student for the entirety of the class.
