Join Chef Lilly for a hands-on class featuring a fast, flavor-packed stir-fry inspired by the classic Chinese favorite. We’ll build layers of savory flavor with hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onions, and crisp vegetables, tossed together with tender pork (vegetarian option available, just let us know!) for a satisfying meal that comes together in minutes. Instead of traditional Chinese pancakes, we’ll serve our stir-fry over tender noodles for a one-pan, one dish meal! Along the way, you’ll learn practical knife skills, stir-fry techniques, and simple strategies for creating restaurant-quality meals at home without spending hours in the kitchen.

Custom Hot Sauce
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Thursday, August 27th | 6:00-8:00pm

Join Chef/Owner Nate Nunemaker of Farmer Nate’s Sauce for a class on making delicious hot sauces of your own design!  Farmer Nate will discuss the science of peppers, and the method for making the perfect hot sauce, then you’ll get to create your own hot sauce picking from various peppers (some hotter than others), seasonings, and other ingredients to make your sauce unique! Students will work in pairs but get to make their own hot sauce to take home. Class is for students age 16+. **Due to the nature of the cooking process, capsaicin vapors become airborne – those who are allergic to or extremely sensitive to spicy foods should not take this class.**

Filipino – Adobo and Lumpia
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Join us for an evening of Filipino cooking as we prepare two classic dishes from scratch: Chicken Adobo and Lumpia. Chicken Adobo, Philippines’ signature dish, features chicken simmered with soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic until tender and flavorful. Lumpia is a favorite, too – crisp spring rolls filled with a savory filling and served with a sweet-sour dipping sauce. Along the way, you’ll learn the techniques behind balancing sweet, salty, tangy, and savory flavors, plus tips for rolling, frying, and seasoning with confidence.

Build a stunning charcuterie board while learning the fundamentals of cheese and wine pairing. In this hands-on class with chef Mao Yang, you’ll practice arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers, explore tasting and plating techniques, and sample four chef-selected wines. Leave with a finished board and the skills to impress at your next gathering.

Join Chef/Owner Annie Brown of Laughing Bees Honey for a candy class making Gummy Bears! You’ll learn the steps to making gummy bears and other soft candies at home! You’ll go home with a batch of your own delicious gummy bears, and a silicone mold to make more!

Chicken Marsala with Spinach Salad
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, August 13th | 5:30-7:30pm

Chef Lilly will teach you how to make a polished yet relaxed dinner that fits comfortably into a busy home kitchen. This class features chicken marsala (with a vegetarian option available), quickly pan seared and finished with a simple Marsala butter sauce that tastes extraordinary without being fussy. It’s served with tender ricotta gnocchi (gnudi) that soak up every bit of that sweet, savory sauce. Spinach salad adds freshness and crunch, dressed simply with lemon, olive oil, and a few flavorful extras. The meal wraps up with an easy summer berry tart made with puff pastry and fresh fruit — proof that dessert can feel homemade and elegant without much effort. Beer, Wine, and NA Beverages will be available during class for $6 each (2 drink per person limit) accepting cash and Venmo.

Guided by Chef Mao, you’ll create your own tuna or spicy tuna roll and master the iconic California roll. Prefer a plant based option? Vegetarian alternatives are available—just note it when you sign up!
