Vegetarian Fall Feast
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, November 11th | 6:00-8:00pm

Enjoy a fresh, seasonal menu that celebrates clean, plant-based cooking. Chef Tiffiny Dawson will guide you through a creamy Vegan Mushroom, Leek & Spinach Risotto, a colorful Fall Salad with arugula, roasted squash, apples, pepitas, and maple vinaigrette, and a rustic Pear Galette for dessert. Perfect for anyone looking to incorporate more wholesome, plant-based meals into their routine while learning techniques that bring out the best flavors of the season.

Perfect for cooks of all skill levels, this hands-on class offers practical kitchen skills, delicious seasonal recipes, and plenty of inspiration for fall entertaining and weeknight meals alike. Come hungry and leave ready to bring the warmth of autumn to your own table.

Taste of Puerto Rico
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, November 10th | 6:00-8:30pm

Bring a little island flavor to your kitchen! Experience the warmth, flavor, and rich culinary traditions of Puerto Rico in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mona, where you will prepare a rich & savory Pollo Guisado (Braised Chicken Stew) , Golden Yellow Rice, and irresistible Tostones.  Mona always brings more than just cooking tips; learn about the connection between food, history, and culture as you prepare this menu that you will want to recreate at home again & again. Discover why these dishes remain favorites at gatherings across the island and throughout the Puerto Rican diaspora.

Menu:

  • Pollo Guisado (A comforting chicken stew that reflects the island’s blend of Spanish, African, and Indigenous Taíno influences)
  • Arroz Amarillo (Puerto Rico’s iconic yellow rice, seasoned with sofrito and spices that are at the heart of countless family recipes)

Custom Hot Sauce
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Thursday, December 17th | 6:00-8:00pm

Join Chef/Owner Nate Nunemaker of Farmer Nate’s Sauce for a class on making delicious hot sauces of your own design!  Farmer Nate will discuss the science of peppers, and the method for making the perfect hot sauce, then you’ll get to create your own hot sauce picking from various peppers (some hotter than others), seasonings, and other ingredients to make your sauce unique! Students will work in pairs but get to make their own hot sauce to take home. Class is for students age 16+. **Due to the nature of the cooking process, capsaicin vapors become airborne – those who are allergic to or extremely sensitive to spicy foods should not take this class.**

Autumn Harvest Ratatouille with Herbed Chicken Breast
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, November 5th | 6:00-8:00pm

Celebrate the flavors of the season with Chef Leigh in this cozy, harvest-inspired cooking class. You’ll learn how to roast fall vegetables to bring out their flavors, create a rustic French Ratatouille layered with herbs and rich seasonal flavor, and master the technique for perfectly seared chicken breast with a golden crust. A classic dish from the French countryside, ratatouille combines tender roasted vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and onions with herbs and aromatics to create a rich, flavorful medley that highlights the best of the harvest season. Served over hearty and savory brown rice, this elegant yet approachable meal is ideal for crisp autumn evenings. Enjoy a relaxed 21+ atmosphere while sharpening your culinary skills and sharing a memorable harvest supper. Beer, wine, and N/A adult options available for purchase (2 drink maximum per person), cash or Venmo only.

Teen Pizza & Sundae Party!
Cooking Class for Ages 12-15
Tuesday, November 17th | 6:00-8:00pm

Get cooking and build kitchen confidence in this hands-on class designed for kids ages 12-15! Chef Mona will teach you to make homemade pizza completely from scratch—dough, sauce, and all—and personalize it with your favorite toppings. Then, satisfy your sweet tooth with a build-your-own sundae bar! Participants will work in pairs but each create their own dishes, so sign up with a friend, or make a new one!

Chef Lilly is back with more ultra-chocolatey sweets just in time for the holidays! Kids and their adult will make Black Cocoa Brownies with Powdered Sugar “Snow,” Chocolate M&M Cookies, and Holiday Ornament Oreo Truffles in this fun, hands-on baking class for ages 9-14 with an adult. A chocolate adventure awaits! Dive into the magical world of black cocoa—the secret ingredient that makes some of your favorite cookies extra dark and extra delicious (think “Oreos”).
