Join Chef/Owner Annie Brown of Laughing Bees Honey for a candy class making Gummy Bears! You’ll learn the steps to making gummy bears and other soft candies at home! You’ll go home with a batch of your own delicious gummy bears, and a silicone mold to make more! Class is for ages 7-10 who must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

Savoring Spring
Seasonal Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Friday, March 13th, 2026 | 6:00 -8:00pm

Spring brings a bounty of new life and fresh, tender veggies! In this class, you will utilize the earliest, freshest, and locally available ingredients to create a beautiful and satisfying meal while enjoying an adult beverage if you desire. Mary will guide you through the basics of selecting, seasoning, and cooking early Spring veggies. You’ll make a Rustic Greens Pie with Walnut Crust (perfect for any day of the week, or as a dish to share with friends), and a delectable sauté to accompany a variety of grains (in this class, you’ll make polenta). As many ingredients as possible will be sourced from local farms! Enjoy two adult beverages during class from a menu of beer and wine options. Class is for ages 21+, students work in pairs. Please register by March 6th.

Cooking Around the World
5-Days | June 22 – June 26
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

Take a culinary trip around the world without leaving town! In this week-long camp, you’ll work with Chef to prepare lots of different dishes from around the world, discussing culture and history along the way!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover the fun and delicious world of FOOD! Take a “trip” to Japan, Latin America, Europe, India, and more without leaving town!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create delicious dishes like Chinese Fried Rice, Paad Thai from Thailand, Pasta from Italy, and so much more! Eat all you’d like in class, and take the leftovers home with you!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Shape-Shifting Foods
5-Day Cooking Camp | July 13 – July 17
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 7 to 10

CAMP Theme:

We eat with our eyes first! Lots of foods take forms other than their original/natural state – it’s part of the process, and part of the fun of cooking! This camp explores those processes in a fun and delicious way. Join us for a week of flavorful food transformations of all shapes & sizes.

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover techniques in baking and cooking with shapes and textures that change the way you see your food, and fun ways to eat it, too!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create and shape a variety of delicious foods: pretzels, porcupine buns, challah, pizza, cookies, meatballs, donut-holes, onigiri (rice), and so much more! Eat all you’d like during camp, and take any leftovers home with you each day!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

World of Food – All Wrapped Up
5-Day Cooking Camp | June 15 – June 19

CAMP Theme:

Not your average “Wrap.” “Wrapped Up” foods are in every culture around the world, and we’re not just talking about chicken-snack-wraps! Come and explore these “wrappers delights”: Hand Pies, Sushi Rolls, Indian samosas, Latin American Empanadas, Bao Buns from China, Ravioli from Italy, and more!

What You’ll Discover:

Wrapping and stuffing foods is as fun as it is delicious! In this camp you’ll discover wrapped-up faves from around the world, the history behind the foods, and how to make them. These delicacies are perfect snack-sized treats you will be making at home for years to come!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create “wrapped-up” foods like hand pies, empanadas, bao buns, ravioli, stuffed dumplings, and more! Eat all you’d like in class and take any leftovers home to share!

Custom Hot Sauce
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, January 12th, 2026 | 6:00-7:00pm

Join Chef/Owner Nate Nunemaker of Farmer Nate’s Sauce for a class on making delicious hot sauces of your own design!  Farmer Nate will discuss the science of peppers, and the method for making the perfect hot sauce, then you’ll get to create your own hot sauce picking from various peppers (some hotter than others), seasonings, and other ingredients to make your sauce unique! Students will work in pairs but get to make their own hot sauce to take home. Class is for students age 16+. **Due to the nature of the cooking process, capsaicin vapors become airborne – those who are allergic to or extremely sensitive to spicey foods should not take this class.** Please register by January 8th.
