Kid-Friendly Knife Skills
Ages 9-12 w/Adult

Chef Mary knows how to give kids confidence in the kitchen with real tools, real food, and expert guidance. In this engaging hands‑on class, young cooks and their adults learn how to use knives safely and correctly, turning curiosity into skill and fear into control. Working with common fruits & vegetables, you’ll both learn proper technique and basic cuts while making a bright, colorful fruit salad, and a build‑your‑own noodle bowl . To finish, we’ll learn to cut chicken wings into drums & flats, then enjoy sticky‑sweet baked teriyaki chicken wings, because learning should taste amazing too.

This class builds skills kids and adults can use for a lifetime—and confidence they’ll bring to every meal they make.

Dad’s Day Smashburgers!
Cooking Class for ages 7-12 w/Adult
Thursday, June 11th | 5:30-7:30pm

Celebrate Father’s Day with a hands‑on cooking experience designed for dads and kids to enjoy together In this interactive class, Dad (Grandpas welcome, too!) and one child (ages 7–12) will work side by side to prepare a delicious, classic dude dinner from scratch: sizzling smashburgers, crispy steak fries, bacon wrapped asparagus, a cold pop, and finish it off with rich chocolate cupcakes. It’s easy, interactive, and full of laughs with no experience needed.
This is more than dinner. It’s a memory, a skill building experience, and quality time packed into one unforgettable gift. Dinner and dessert included, bragging rights guaranteed.

Kids Make Dinner!
Make & Take Cooking Class for Ages 9-12
Saturday, June 27th | 10:30am-12:30pm

Working in pairs, you will create a super cheesy chicken casserole dinner to take home and enjoy with your family. Chef Jeri will teach you the secret to making your own scrumptious cheese sauce and then combine it with flavorful sauteed chicken, broccoli or peas, and pasta. Topped with crunchy, buttery bread crumbs, the whole family will be complimenting the chef when you bake it at home for dinner!  While your chicken casserole comes together for a delicious take-home dinner, we’ll mix up a fun homemade snack blend to enjoy during class. As we chop, stir, and build our casseroles, kids will learn simple kitchen skills while creating a tasty snack they can nibble on along the way. It’s the perfect combination of hands-on cooking, creativity, and two kid-friendly recipes to bring home and share. This class is a win-win for kids and parents!

Celebrate summer produce at its peak in this fresh, flavor forward cooking class with Chef Mona. Designed for warm days and easy meals, this class focuses on Mediterranean inspired salads that are plant based, naturally gluten free, and packed with flavor that won’t weigh you down. You’ll make two vibrant dishes: a refreshing Watermelon Salad with Feta and a hearty White Bean Niçoise Style Salad packed with vegetables, olives, and bright vinaigrette. Perfect for easy lunches, warm weather dinners, or effortless entertaining all summer long. As always, Chef Mona will share tips for building bold flavor without heaviness, working with seasonal ingredients, and adapting these dishes for entertaining or make ahead meals. You’ll leave with recipes that feel light, nourishing, and effortlessly elegant all summer long. Both recipes are vegetarian.

Cool Summer Dinners – Grilled Beef & Peaches
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Keep things easy, fresh, and satisfying in this laid back summer cooking class with Chef Mona. Designed for warm evenings when you want big flavor with minimal carbs, this class focuses on bold combinations that feel exciting yet totally doable at home. You’ll prepare two meal worthy, salad style dishes rooted in Asian flavors. First up: Grilled Beef and Ripe Summer Peaches, tossed with fresh herbs, arugula, and a bright, savory dressing for a sweet smoky hit. Then you’ll build a Savory Ramen Chop Salad—a hearty, vegetable forward bowl packed with crunch and bold flavor, but with almost none of the carbs you’d expect from ramen. Topped with soy poached chicken or tofu, it’s a satisfying, stand alone meal for lunch or dinner all week.
Chef Mona will guide you through grilling techniques, smart flavor layering, and flexible substitutions so you can easily adapt these dishes to chicken, shrimp, pork, or plant forward options at home.

Comfort Food with a Kick: “Elotes” Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Bring big Tex-Mex flavor to your home kitchen with Chef Mona in this hands on class featuring two crowd pleasing favorites: Elote Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor with aromatics and spices, balance sweet savory notes and create a satisfying pepper filling inspired by street corn “elote.” Along the way, Chef Mona will share smart prep tips, substitutions (including vegetarian options), and techniques you can repeat for easy weeknight dinners or a make ahead meal for guests. Sauces for Grilling Season
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Wednesday, July 22nd | 5:30-8:00 pm

Level up your cookout game with Chef Mona in this flavor-packed class focused on versatile, make ahead sauces you’ll use all summer long. We’ll sample the sauces with chicken wings and seasonal veggies (vegetarians welcome!), then talk through how to riff on them for grilled meats, seafood, bowls, sandwiches, and more. You’ll also learn multiple “second life” uses—like turning a sauce into a crave-able summertime dip for chips, crudité, or grilled bread. Best of all, you’ll take home your creations to show off at your next barbecue.

This class is for ages 21+. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Escape to the tropics without leaving the kitchen in this fun, flavor‑packed cooking class with Chef Lilly. You’ll prepare Coconut‑Crusted Mahi‑Mahi, crispy outside and tender inside, paired with a vibrant Black Bean and Corn Salad and a bright, juicy Pineapple‑Mango Salsa that brings sweet heat to every bite.
Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone craving a little vacation energy, this menu is approachable, playful, and designed for easy summer cooking—with big flavor and zero stress. Alcohol will be available for purchase during class.

Get cooking in this hands on summer class focused on three bold, versatile flavor combinations that make everyday meals shine. Chef Lilly will break down how rubs and marinades work, then guide you through cooking chicken, pork, and seasonal vegetables using each one. You’ll sit down to enjoy a flavorful meal served over rice.
You’ll cook with:

Summertime Smoothies and Fruity Fridge Pies
Cooking Class for Ages 7-10

Make an entire pie for your family and a smoothie all for yourself! Each student will leave with their own delicious refrigerated fruit pie. While we prep, we’ll enjoy fresh morning smoothies together.
