Pax Robinson-Zetzer

Chef Pax has over 25 years in the Food and Beverage Industry and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management (2016) with a Diploma in Baking and Pastry (2013) from Oregon Culinary Institute. He has worked in many scratch made kitchens all over the country and has assisted with menu creation. In 2025, he graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor’s in Public Health. He uses his education along with his skills in the kitchen to create food zines to share his knowledge with the greater community. 

 

He and his wife, Rachel, moved to Northern Kentucky in 2025 when Rachel excepted a position at NKU. Outside of the kitchen, he enjoys The Arts, history and hiking.
