Custom Hot Sauce
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, April 29th | 6:00-7:30pm

Join Chef/Owner Nate Nunemaker of Farmer Nate’s Sauce for a class on making delicious hot sauces of your own design!  Farmer Nate will discuss the science of peppers, and the method for making the perfect hot sauce, then you’ll get to create your own hot sauce picking from various peppers (some hotter than others), seasonings, and other ingredients to make your sauce unique! Students will work in pairs but get to make their own hot sauce to take home. Class is for students age 16+. **Due to the nature of the cooking process, capsaicin vapors become airborne – those who are allergic to or extremely sensitive to spicey foods should not take this class.**

  • Making scratch hot sauce

What you’ll take home:

Latin-Inspired Cooking – Summer Vibes
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, May 28th | 5:30-8:00pm

Summer may be just around the corner, but Chef Lilly is ready now—bringing bold flavors, vibrant colors, and pro tips and skills to the table. In this hands on class, you’ll cook a fresh, flavor packed menu inspired by Latin spices and warm weather cooking—perfect for late May when you’re craving something exciting but not heavy. You’ll prepare a bright Asparagus–Carrot Salad, Spicy Latin Meatballs with Chimichurri and Achiote Red Rice, and finish with a refreshing Mango Chili Lime Slushie—just right for the season. Designed for cooks 21 and up, students work in pairs, making this a great class to take with a friend. Come hungry, leave inspired, and head into summer cooking like a pro. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Simply Fancy and Comfortably Filling. Learn to do a perfect pork chop every time. Chef Mona Bronson-Fuqua pairs pro tips for juicy pork and ups the elegance with an elevated pan sauce and decadent cheesy mashed potato! Class is for ages 21+, alcohol (and NA options) will be served.

Enjoy this Romantic Date night with Chef Catrina where you will make your own fresh pasta, then create raviolis with a creamy cheese filling, and flavorful tomato sauce. Round out the meal with a balsamic vinaigrette salad and sweet tiramisu for two! This class is for ages 21+, one registration is for two people. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Cheesecake Cones: A Triple-Dessert Treat!
Baking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, May 12th | 5:30-7:30pm

Chef Knight of Cora’s Cakery, takes three classic desserts—cheesecake, waffle cones, and ice cream novelties—and transforms them into one show stopping treat: the Cheesecake Cone! This might be the sweetest mash up ever! In this hands on class, you’ll build decadent, chocolate lined waffle cones stuffed with silky cheesecake filling, then finish them with fun summery toppings in two favorite flavors, Strawberry Crunch, and Cookies & Crème. Fun to make, gorgeous to show off, and absolutely delicious to eat—this is the dessert class you don’t want to miss!

Cooking Class for Ages 21+

Looking for a Mother’s Day experience that’s more special than sending flowers? Spend quality time cooking side‑by‑side in this hands‑on class designed for mothers and their adult children. Together, you’ll prepare Salmon over Creamy Orzo Pilaf with Roasted Seasonal Vegetables and Trifle Parfait with Fresh Raspberries and Bourbon-Chocolate Sauce, a beautiful, restaurant worthy meal. Share laughs, learn new skills, and make memories you’ll treasure! Chef Andrew Vogel will lead this class in his signature fun yet educational style while you give Mom what she really wants this year: time with you! Class is 21+ and comes with 2 alcoholic (or NA) beverages from our beer & wine list. Sign up is in pairs, one ticket per pair.

Fun, messy, and totally delicious, this class turns curiosity into candy. Perfect for budding scientists, creative thinkers, and kids who love to play with their food!
