Join Chef Mao for a fun, hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn how to create a classic Italian meal completely from scratch. Drawing on her passion for fresh ingredients and flavorful homemade cooking, Chef Mao will guide you through making fresh spaghetti, rolling and shaping tender meatballs (with a vegetarian option available upon request), and preparing a rich roasted tomato-basil sauce bursting with flavor. You’ll also make a crisp Caesar salad to complete the meal.
Perfect for cooks of all skill levels, this interactive class teaches essential kitchen techniques while helping you build confidence in preparing a comforting, restaurant-quality dinner at home. Come hungry and enjoy a delicious evening of cooking, learning, and sharing great food together.

Cheesecake Creations with The Cheesecakery

Join local pastry chef and owner of The Cheesecakery Liz Field for a fun, hands-on baking experience! Learn how to create stunning gourmet cheesecake cupcakes from scratch as Liz guides you through making a rich, versatile cheesecake filling and layering it with delicious flavors and textures. You’ll craft your own crusts, fruit sauces, and creative toppings to personalize each sweet treat. Perfect for young bakers, this class offers the chance to develop new kitchen skills while creating desserts that look as amazing as they taste. Each kid/adult pair takes home a dozen cheesecake-cupcakes.

Sip School: Fall Flavor Cocktails & Mocktails
Mixology Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, October 20th | 6:00-8:00pm

The Refined Appletini, Warm Spice Mocktails, and Guided Vermouth Tasting
Begin class with a Welcome Spritz and light snacks, then explore warm, spice-driven flavors with a modern edge. Begin with a guided Vermouth tasting and a look at cocktail flavor balance. You’ll shake up “Not Your Mom’s Appletini,” made with fresh apple-infused Dolin Blanc Vermouth. You will create a personalized baking spice syrup with your choice of sweet and savory spices (think cinnamon stick, star anise, pink peppercorns, cardamom, etc.) to take home. We will finish class with a mocktail workshop and zero-proof drink you will be amazed by. Please eat before class, but snacks will be provided.

“Chopped” Style Team Cooking Challenge: Italian Harvest
Cooking Fun for Ages 16+
Saturday, September 26th | 11:00am-1:30pm

Team up, Think fast, Show off your skills, and win prizes! Ready to test your kitchen creativity? Step into our high energy, hands on Chopped style cooking competition—designed for cooks who love a challenge! You and your cooking partner will face off against other students in two rounds: Entree and Dessert. Each starts with a mystery basket packed with must-use classic Italian ingredients (let us know about any dietary needs), plus access to a shared pantry of produce, dairy, and dry goods. You’ll have to think on your feet, work as a team, and craft something delicious before time runs out. Winning team members each receive a $25 Baker Hunt gift certificate! Perfect for intermediate to advanced cooks who want a fun, competitive, and creative kitchen experience.

Surf & Turf Date Night
Cooking Class for Pairs Ages 21+

Treat yourselves to a delicious evening of cooking, dining, and fun in this hands-on date night experience designed for couples and friends. Together, you’ll prepare a restaurant-worthy surf and turf meal featuring tender steak and succulent shrimp with lemon butter, mini baked potatoes, and garlicky sautéed green beans. Finish up with a delicious and rich Chocolate Mousse! Class is for pairs/couples/friends ages 21+  Alcoholic and NA beverages will be available for purchase during class.

Chicken Tenders and More!
Cooking Class for Ages 10-13
Saturday, October 24th | 9:30-11:30am

Young chefs ages 10–13 will roll up their sleeves for a fun, hands-on cooking class packed with comfort-food favorites! Students will learn how to prepare crispy Chicken Tenders, mix up a zesty Comeback Sauce for dipping, and make perfectly seasoned Steak Fries to round out the meal. To finish on a sweet note, kids will bake delicious Brownie Bites—the perfect little treat to enjoy and share. Perfect for ages 10–13, this class is a tasty way for young cooks to learn new skills, try classic recipes, and have plenty of fun in the kitchen!
