Step into our high energy, hands on Chopped style cooking competition—designed for cooks who love a challenge! You and your cooking partner will face off against other students in two rounds: Entree and Dessert. Each starts with a mystery basket packed with surprise ingredients, plus access to a shared pantry of produce, dairy, and dry goods. You’ll have to think on your feet, work as a team, and craft something delicious before time runs out. Winning team members each receive a $25 Baker Hunt gift certificate! Soul of Morocco: Cooking in the Tagine
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, June 22nd | 5:30-8:00pm

Transport your senses to North Africa with Chef Catrina in this immersive, chef-led class exploring the rich flavors of Moroccan cuisine. Students will learn how to build deep, layered flavor using traditional spices while preparing a classic chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, along with a companion dish of herbed couscous. This class focuses on slow cooking techniques, spice blending, and cultural storytelling through food.

Sip School: The 20th Century
Mixology Class for Ages 21+
Monday, July 6th | 5:30-7:30pm

Local mixologist Daisy Webb invites you to step into the world of thoughtful cocktail making with a guided cordials tasting and a clear, approachable breakdown of what makes a drink truly balanced. In this hands-on class, you’ll create your own herbal tea–based syrup to take home, then learn proper shaking technique while crafting the bright, elegant 20th Century. We’ll close with a mocktail workshop, so you leave with a zero-proof drink that’s just as intentional and satisfying. Please eat before class, and snacks will be served during class.

Perfect Piccata
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, June 16th | 5:30-7:30pm

Chef Lilly will teach you how to make a polished yet relaxed dinner that fits comfortably into a busy home kitchen. This class features chicken piccata (with a vegetarian option available), quickly pan seared and finished with a simple lemon butter caper sauce that tastes extraordinary without being fussy. It’s served with tender egg noodles that soak up every bit of that bright, savory sauce. Shredded kale salad adds freshness and crunch, dressed simply with lemon, olive oil, and a few flavorful extras. The meal wraps up with an easy summer berry tart made with puff pastry and fresh fruit — proof that dessert can feel homemade and elegant without much effort.

Juneteenth: Celebrating the Taste of Freedom
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, June 17th | 5:30-8:00pm

This class with Chef Mona explores the cultural significance of Juneteenth through traditional African American foods associated with the holiday. The menu highlights the symbolic use of red foods, reflecting their historical importance in African cultures and their continued presence in Juneteenth celebrations.
Students will prepare and enjoy a refreshing sorrel beverage (often called “Red Drink”), a watermelon radish salad with honey chili lime dressing, and smoky, spice driven jollof (“red”) rice made with smoked sausages, with a vegetarian option available upon request. The class concludes with red velvet cupcakes, a dessert rooted in tradition and originally colored with beets.
Throughout the class, Chef Mona will share the historical context of these dishes and their enduring cultural relevance, offering insight into how food connects tradition, memory, and celebration.

In this hands-on class, we’ll cook our way through the bold, joyful world of Indian‑ish by Priya Krishna—creating several one‑of‑a‑kind vegetarian Indian‑American hybrid dishes that are as exciting as they are approachable. This witty, irresistible cookbook is a loving tribute to a boundary‑breaking mom and her “Indian‑ish” home cooking, proving once and for all that Indian food is everyday food. Expect dishes that are clever, practical, and absolutely bursting with flavor—perfect for adventurous home cooks of all levels. Come ready to cook, taste, and be inspired. Join Chef/Owner Annie Brown of Laughing Bees Honey for a candy class making Gummy Bears! You’ll learn the steps to making gummy bears and other soft candies at home! You’ll go home with a batch of your own delicious gummy bears, and a silicone mold to make more! Class is for ages 7-12 who must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

Date Night – Stuffed Chicken with Gnocchi
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, June 23 | 5:30-8:00 pm

Celebrate the season with a fun, flirty night in the kitchen. Guided by Chef Mona, you and your partner will cook side by side in a relaxed, festive atmosphere perfect for date night. Together, you’ll prepare Chicken Thighs Stuffed with Prosciutto, Feta, and Asparagus, learning techniques for building big flavor and perfectly juicy results. The dish is paired with a Sauté of Summer Vegetables with Gnocchi, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This class is for ages 21+, one registration is for two people. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.
