My journey has been nothing short of a sweet adventure. I am Shaucuana Knight, the proud owner and founder of Cora’s Cakery, a place where confectionery dreams come true. 
 
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, baking was more than just a hobby; it was a passion ignited by the absence of dessert at my grandmother Cora’s Sunday dinners. While she was an exceptional cook, dessert was not on her menu, which led me to take the whisk into my own hands.  
 
As a Cincinnati native, I am proud to contribute to the community. It’s my way of ensuring that everyone in our community has access to a little slice of happiness.
