The Art of Two Soups: Cozy Fall Comfort in a Bowl
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, October 28th | 6:00-8:00pm
There’s nothing quite like homemade soup on a crisp fall day. In this hands-on class, Chef Lilly will show you how to create two distinctive soups, a velvety Creamy Roasted Garlic-Potato Soup and a hearty Black Bean Soup, that are delicious on their own and even more impressive when served together in an elegant two-soup presentation. Learn how to transform simple ingredients into a stunning, restaurant-worthy dish, and take home enough soup for another meal.
Along the way, you’ll learn the foundations of soup making, flavor building, and texture development as you create these comforting fall favorites from scratch. Paired with White Cheddar & Scallion Crostini and a bright Citrusy Delicate Greens Salad, this menu strikes the perfect balance of comfort and freshness.
