Join us for a hands-on Sushi Rolling Class where you’ll learn the secrets to perfectly seasoned sushi rice and the essential techniques behind crafting beautiful, delicious maki rolls. Guided by Chef Mao, you’ll create your own tuna or spicy tuna roll and master the iconic California roll. Prefer a plant based option? Fresh Pasta Like a Pro: Fettuccine Alfredo
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, August 18th | 5:30-7:30pm

Learn the art of fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on culinary experience with pasta expert Catrina Mills. Students will mix, knead, and roll pasta dough by hand before transforming it into a beautiful finished favorite, Fettuccine Alfredo. Enjoy your handiwork with a crisp salad and easy homemade garlic bread. Wine, beer, and NA options available for $6 each, 2-drink maximum per person. This class blends technique, texture, and presentation for a restaurant-quality result at home. This meal is vegetarian and perfect for those Meatless Mondays!

Culinary 101: Knife Skills Dinner
Class for Ages 16+
Monday, October 5th | 6:00-8:00pm

Need to up your cooking game? Great cooking starts with great knife skills! Knife skills are important for safety, food appearance, even cooking times, and more. This class will teach you all about knives and knife skills all while making a delicious dinner! Start by learning how to “French” a chicken (8-cut) and roast it up with some delicious seasonings. Learn different knife cuts using a variety of vegetables to make a marinated veggie salad. Finish up practicing your knife skills on potatoes that we’ll turn into the world’s best darnn mashed potatoes!  Students work individually to allow for maximum in-class practice.

Chocolates Masterclass
Class for Ages 16+
Monday, September 21st | 6:00-8:30pm

Join Chef Alex for a class all about CHOCOLATE! In this class we’ll learn some of the science of chocolate, the process to tempering, and some of the best methods for working with this delicious ingredient! We’ll work in pairs to prepare Chocolate Truffles (with your choice of flavoring), Chocolate Dipped Caramels with Sea Salt, and Fruit-Nut Chocolate Bark!

Italian Sausage from Scratch
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, September 28th | 6:00-8:00pm

Join Chef Alex for a class all about making sausage from scratch!  Working with raw ingredients, learn the process of grinding, seasoning, and stuffing Italian sausages from scratch! Each student will take home about 2lbs of fresh Italian sausage to grill up or freeze for later. Class is for ages 16+; Students work in pairs but take home their own sausage.

Kids Make Dinner!
Make & Take Cooking Class for Ages 9-12
Saturday, June 27th | 10:30am-12:30pm

Working in pairs, you will create a super cheesy chicken casserole dinner to take home and enjoy with your family. Chef Jeri will teach you the secret to making your own scrumptious cheese sauce and then combine it with flavorful sauteed chicken, broccoli or peas, and pasta. Topped with crunchy, buttery bread crumbs, the whole family will be complimenting the chef when you bake it at home for dinner!  While your chicken casserole comes together for a delicious take-home dinner, we’ll mix up a fun homemade snack blend to enjoy during class. As we chop, stir, and build our casseroles, kids will learn simple kitchen skills while creating a tasty snack they can nibble on along the way. It’s the perfect combination of hands-on cooking, creativity, and two kid-friendly recipes to bring home and share. This class is a win-win for kids and parents!

Cool Summer Salads: Watermelon Salad & White Bean Nicoise
Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Celebrate summer produce at its peak in this fresh, flavor forward cooking class with Chef Mona. Designed for warm days and easy meals, this class focuses on Mediterranean inspired salads that are plant based, naturally gluten free, and packed with flavor that won’t weigh you down. You’ll make two vibrant dishes: a refreshing Watermelon Salad with Feta and a hearty White Bean Niçoise Style Salad packed with vegetables, olives, and bright vinaigrette. Perfect for easy lunches, warm weather dinners, or effortless entertaining all summer long. As always, Chef Mona will share tips for building bold flavor without heaviness, working with seasonal ingredients, and adapting these dishes for entertaining or make ahead meals.
