Chef Andrew Vogel will guide you through learning how to prepare tender Seared Steak with a rich Mushroom and Marsala Wine Pan Sauce, perfectly Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Buttery Potato Puree, and a warm, comforting Apple-Date Crumble à la Mode for dessert.
This class is perfect for couples or friends who want a relaxed evening in the kitchen while building confidence with classic cooking techniques, including searing steak, making a flavorful pan sauce, roasting and pureeing vegetables, and baking a simple seasonal dessert. Join Chef Lilly for a hands-on class featuring a fast, flavor-packed stir-fry inspired by the classic Chinese restaurant favorite, Mu-Shu Pork. We’ll build layers of savory flavor with hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onions, and crisp vegetables, tossed together with tender pork (vegetarian option available, just let us know!) for a satisfying meal that comes together in minutes. Instead of traditional Chinese pancakes, we’ll serve our stir-fry over tender noodles for a one-pan, one dish meal! Finish off your meal with a refreshing orange-coconut panna cotta style dessert. Chef Lilly will teach you how to make a polished yet relaxed dinner that fits comfortably into a busy home kitchen. This class features chicken marsala (with a vegetarian option available), quickly pan seared and finished with a simple Marsala wine & mushroom butter sauce that tastes extraordinary without being fussy. It’s served with tender ricotta gnocchi that soak up every bit of that sweet, savory sauce. Spinach gratin adds just the right cooked vegetable accompaniment for restaurant elegance at home. The meal wraps up with an easy summer berry tart a la mode made with puff pastry and fresh fruit and served with ice cream — proof that dessert can feel homemade and elegant without much effort. Beer, Wine, and NA Beverages will be available during class for $6 each (2 drink per person limit) accepting cash and Venmo.
