Chicken Marsala with Spinach Gratin
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Thursday, August 13th | 5:30-8:00pm
Chef Lilly will teach you how to make a polished yet relaxed dinner that fits comfortably into a busy home kitchen. This class features chicken marsala (with a vegetarian option available), quickly pan seared and finished with a simple Marsala butter sauce that tastes extraordinary without being fussy. It’s served with tender ricotta gnocchi (gnudi) that soak up every bit of that sweet, savory sauce. Spinach gratin adds just the right cooked vegetable accompaniment for restaurant elegance at home. The meal wraps up with an easy summer berry tart made with puff pastry and fresh fruit — proof that dessert can feel homemade and elegant without much effort. Beer, Wine, and NA Beverages will be available during class for $6 each (2 drink per person limit) accepting cash and Venmo.
