Join Chef Lilly for a class all about the magic of puff pastry! Hundreds of layers of butter and flaky pastry make this special dough “rise” to the occasion, and provides a fun format for all types of imaginative shapes, flavors, and textures! Together, you’ll learn how to cut different Danish shapes and use different fillings, make “snails”, and even apple-rose-roll-ups! Join us for this exciting adventure all about puff pastry!

What you’ll Learn:

• How to work with puff pastry dough
• Creating unique shapes, and some classics, too
• how to balance filling with dough to get the perfect ratio
• The science behind the puff!

Other Info:

• Class is for ages 7-12 with an adult working together
• Great for beginner to intermediate cooks
• Eat what you’d like in class, and take the rest home to share!
