Teen Pizza & Sundae Party!
Cooking Class for Ages 12-15
Tuesday, November 17th | 6:00-8:00pm

Get cooking and build kitchen confidence in this hands-on class designed for kids ages 12-15! Chef Mona will teach you to make homemade pizza completely from scratch—dough, sauce, and all—and personalize it with your favorite toppings. Then, satisfy your sweet tooth with a build-your-own sundae bar! Participants will work in pairs but each create their own dishes, so sign up with a friend, or make a new one!

Menu:

What you’ll take home:

Cheesecake Creations with The Cheesecakery

Join local pastry chef and owner of The Cheesecakery Liz Field for a fun, hands-on baking experience! Learn how to create stunning gourmet cheesecake cupcakes from scratch as Liz guides you through making a rich, versatile cheesecake filling and layering it with delicious flavors and textures. You’ll craft your own crusts, fruit sauces, and creative toppings to personalize each sweet treat. Perfect for young bakers, this class offers the chance to develop new kitchen skills while creating desserts that look as amazing as they taste. Each kid/adult pair takes home a dozen cheesecake-cupcakes.

Cooking Class for Ages 7-12 w/Adult

Join Chef Lilly for a class all about the magic of puff pastry! Hundreds of layers of butter and flaky pastry make this special dough “rise” to the occasion, and provides a fun format for all types of imaginative shapes, flavors, and textures! Together, you’ll learn how to cut different Danish shapes and use different fillings, make “snails”, and even apple-rose-roll-ups! Join us for this exciting adventure all about puff pastry!

What you’ll Learn:

  • How to work with puff pastry dough
  • Creating unique shapes, and some classics, too
  • how to balance filling with dough to get the perfect ratio

Get ready for sweet science! In this hands‑on kids’ class, young chefs will dive into the magical world of edible experiments. They’ll learn how to make edible glass, mix up glow‑in‑the‑dark gelatin, and create stretchy, giggly edible slime—all while exploring the science behind each treat. Fun, messy, and totally delicious, this class turns curiosity into candy. Perfect for budding scientists, creative thinkers, and kids who love to play with their food!

Asian Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, September 29th | 5:30-8:00pm

Join Chef Lilly for a hands-on class featuring a fast, flavor-packed stir-fry inspired by the classic Chinese restaurant favorite, Mu-Shu Pork. We’ll build layers of savory flavor with hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onions, and crisp vegetables, tossed together with tender pork (vegetarian option available, just let us know!) for a satisfying meal that comes together in minutes. Instead of traditional Chinese pancakes, we’ll serve our stir-fry over tender noodles for a one-pan, one dish meal! Finish off your meal with a refreshing orange-coconut panna cotta style dessert. Along the way, you’ll learn practical knife skills, stir-fry techniques, and simple strategies for creating restaurant-quality meals at home without spending hours in the kitchen.
