Chef Knight of Cora’s Cakery, takes three classic desserts—cheesecake, waffle cones, and ice cream bar flavors—and transforms them into one show stopping treat: the Cheesecake Cone! This might be the sweetest mash up ever! In this hands on class, you’ll build decadent, chocolate lined waffle cones stuffed with silky cheesecake filling, then finish them with fun summery toppings in two favorite flavors, Strawberry Crunch, and Cookies & Crème. Fun to make, gorgeous to show off, and absolutely delicious to eat—this is the dessert class you don’t want to miss!

Bring the flavors of Spain to your table in this fun, hands-on tapas class. Learn to make Roasted Red Pepper Pizza with Goat Cheese, Sizzling Garlic Shrimp (Gambas al Ajillo), and Chocolate-Dipped Figs—perfect small plates for sharing, entertaining, or date night. Baking Class for Ages 16+

Skip the rise time and get straight to the good stuff with Chef Catrina Mills in our hands-on Quick Breads workshop for adults! From fluffy waffles and buttery biscuits to golden cornbread (chef demo), tender scones, and a flavorful Mediterranean loaf studded with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes, and olives, you’ll make three crowd-pleasers in one session while discovering what sets quick breads apart from their yeast-raised cousins. Baking with Black Cocoa
Baking Class for Kids 7-12 w/Adult

A chocolate adventure awaits! In this hands‑on class, you’ll dive into the magical world of black cocoa—the secret ingredient that makes some of your favorite cookies extra dark and extra delicious (think “oreos”). You’ll mix, bake, and take triple‑chocolate brownie brittle that’s crunchy, chocolaty, and totally irresistible. Then you’ll make your own black‑cocoa shortbread cookies—soft, crumbly, and perfect for turning into awesome sandwich cookies. If you love chocolate, creating cool treats, and having fun in the kitchen, this class is the perfect place to show off your baking superpowers.

Join Chef Jeri for a fun morning making homemade pop-tarts! You’ll team up and make the crust from scratch, then make your own filling choices and assemble the poptarts, bake ’em, then frost and eat them! This class is for ages 9-12. Students work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!

Bratwurst from Scratch
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Thursday, April 30th | 5:30-7:45pm

Join Chef Alex for a class all about making sausage from scratch!  Working with the raw ingredients, learn the process of grinding, seasoning, and stuffing bratwurst from scratch! Each student will take home about 2lbs of fresh bratwurst to grill up or freeze for later. Class is for ages 16+; Students work in pairs but take home their own sausage.

Fabulous Frosting Camp
5-Days | July 20 – July 24
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

This camp focuses on baking basics and beginning-advanced frosting techniques. Students will also prepare a snack each day to enjoy during camp.

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll uncover hidden talents in cake and dessert decorating! Bake up cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake-pops and more, then prepare delicious frostings, icings and other decorations to apply to your baked goods! Focus on learning basic-intermediate frosting techniques, cake building, etc. to start your journey as a decorative-frosting artist!

What You’ll Create:

Create cakes, cookies, cupcakes and more decorated with fabulous frostings, icings and more! Each day, you’ll also prepare a savory-snack to enjoy to balance out all the sweetness of this week-long camp! Campers learn to work with different piping tips and bags all week, and get to keep the tips to practice at home!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for half-day camps | students must be picked up at 12:30pm
