Fabulous Frosting Camp
5-Days | July 20 – July 24
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 9 to 12

CAMP Theme:

This camp focuses on baking basics and beginning-advanced frosting techniques. Students will also prepare a snack each day to enjoy during camp.

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll uncover hidden talents in cake and dessert decorating! Bake up cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cake-pops and more, then prepare delicious frostings, icings and other decorations to apply to your baked goods! Focus on learning basic-intermediate frosting techniques, cake building, etc. to start your journey as a decorative-frosting artist!

What You’ll Create:

Create cakes, cookies, cupcakes and more decorated with fabulous frostings, icings and more! Each day, you’ll also prepare a savory-snack to enjoy to balance out all the sweetness of this week-long camp! Campers learn to work with different piping tips and bags all week, and get to keep the tips to practice at home!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for half-day camps | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Candy Camp!
5-Days | July 6 – July 10

CAMP Theme:

Candy Candy Candy! Learn all about different candies and other cooked-sugar techniques in this hands-on camp all about CANDY!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll uncover hidden talents in candy-making! Have you ever wondered about how different candies are made, or how sugar can be soft and chewy, and also hard as a candy-cane? Work with the chef to learn the delicious science behind our favorite treats!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create gummy-bears, hard candies like peppermints, caramels, sugared marshmallows, cotton candy, and more! You’ll also cook up a savory snack each day to balance all the sweetness!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

Baking Masters!
5-Day Baking Camp | July 27 – July 31
9:00am-12:30pm | Ages 7 to 10

CAMP Theme:

This camp is ALL about BAKING! Tackle the basics-intermediate baking skills like reading recipes, measuring, and more while you bake and decorate desserts all week!

What You’ll Discover:

In this camp you’ll discover techniques in baking like measuring, safely using the ovens, how to bake and build a beautiful cake, cupcakes, and more!

What You’ll Create:

Work with the chef to create muffins, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, creme brulee, cheesecakes, mini pies, and more! Enjoy making a delicious snack each day to help offset the sweetness of this camp! Students get to keep all the leftovers from what they bake in camp!

Before-Care Available:

Before-Care provides additional time before camp for early drop-offs. Before-Care starts at 8am. To enroll, add the Before-Care “ticket” to your registration. After-care is not available for this camp | students must be picked up at 12:30pm

“Food is Art” Class for Ages 7-10 w/Adult
Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 | 5:30-7:00pm

Let your little artist shine! Kids will design, color, and airbrush their own cookies in this sweet, hands-on class. Fun, messy, and oh-so-delicious!

Scratch Cinnamon Rolls
Baking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, January 5th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm

Learn how to make soft, homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch by mastering dough preparation, proofing, shaping, filling, and baking techniques, while understanding how yeast works to create texture and rise. This class is for youth ages 16+, Students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by January 1st at noon.

Empanadas!
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm

Join Chef Tiffiny for a fun class all about empanadas! Learn how to make empanada dough from scratch, then cook up some fillings and sauces to finish and enjoy your empanadas!  Class is for ages 16+. Students work in pairs so sign up with a friend. Please register by February 14th at noon.

Floral Cupcake Bouquets
Baking Class for Ages 10-15 w/Adult
Monday, March 16th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm

Let’s think spring! Students will learn how to pipe buttercream flowers onto cupcakes in a variety of styles and assemble them into a floral cupcake bouquet, developing skills in color blending, piping technique, and professional presentation. Class is for youth ages 10-15 accompanied by an adult. Please sign up by March 10th at noon.

Doctor It Up! Cookie Butter Mini Bundt Cakes
Baking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, March 2nd, 2026 | 6:00-8:00pm

Start with a box, finish with Breathtaking! Learn to doctor up a simple box cake mix with gourmet ingredients, and how different additions will affect the mix. Each student will make and take home 6 cookie butter flavored mini bundt cakes, and keep the pan so you can explore other flavor combos at home! Class is for ages 16+ please register by February 26th at noon.

  • Doctoring up box cake-mixes to make them unique
  • Effects of different ingredients in baking
