Kid-Friendly Knife Skills
Ages 9-12 w/Adult

Chef Mary knows how to give kids confidence in the kitchen with real tools, real food, and expert guidance. In this engaging hands‑on class, young cooks and their adults learn how to use knives safely and correctly, turning curiosity into skill and fear into control. Working with common fruits & vegetables, you’ll both learn proper technique and basic cuts while making a bright, colorful fruit salad, and a build‑your‑own noodle bowl . To finish, we’ll learn to cut chicken wings into drums & flats, then enjoy sticky‑sweet baked teriyaki chicken wings, because learning should taste amazing too.

This class builds skills kids and adults can use for a lifetime—and confidence they’ll bring to every meal they make.

Dad’s Day Smashburgers!

Celebrate Father’s Day with a hands‑on cooking experience designed for dads and kids to enjoy together! In this interactive class, Dad and one child (ages 7–12) will work side by side to prepare a delicious, classic dinner from scratch. In this high energy cooking class, Dad and one child (ages 7–12) team up to make sizzling smashburgers, crispy steak fries, bacon wrapped asparagus, a cold pop, and finish it off with rich chocolate cupcakes. It’s easy, interactive, and full of laughs with no experience needed.
This is more than dinner. It’s a memory, a skill building experience, and quality time packed into one unforgettable gift. Dinner and dessert included, bragging rights guaranteed.

Kids ages 7–12 will cook alongside an adult while learning to make three different egg recipes using the same ingredients: creamy French style omelets, golden frittatas, and classic cheesy scrambles, all customized with their favorite meats, veggies, and cheeses. Chef Lilly shares approachable techniques and pro-tips that build real kitchen confidence—skills perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick dinner. You’ll round out the meal with oven roasted home fries and fresh fruit, making this a delicious, satisfying class you’ll enjoy together, taking home skills that will last a lifetime.

Family Knife Skills – Keep the Knife!
Ages 7-10 w/Adult

Learning knife skills at a young age fosters independence, empowers the cook and enhances safety by replacing fear with proper, controlled techniques. Mastering these techniques, as an adult or a young person, leads to more efficient cooking and better eating.
With basic knife skills we’ll learn about the knife, knife cuts and cooking application. We’ll enjoy a roasted vegetable bowl with our knife cuts. Mary will demo a classic French vinaigrette

Baking with Black Cocoa
Baking Class for Kids 7-12 w/Adult

A chocolate adventure awaits! In this hands‑on class, you’ll dive into the magical world of black cocoa—the secret ingredient that makes some of your favorite cookies extra dark and extra delicious (think “oreos”). You’ll mix, bake, and take triple‑chocolate brownie brittle that’s crunchy, chocolaty, and totally irresistible. Then you’ll make your own black‑cocoa shortbread cookies—soft, crumbly, and perfect for turning into awesome sandwich cookies. If you love chocolate, creating cool treats, and having fun in the kitchen, this class is the perfect place to show off your baking superpowers.
