Wine Pairing and Charcuterie
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, August 25th | 5:30-7:30pm
Build a stunning charcuterie board while learning the fundamentals of cheese and wine pairing. In this hands-on class with chef Mao Yang, you’ll practice arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers, explore tasting and plating techniques, and sample four chef-selected wines. Leave with a finished board and the skills to impress at your next gathering.

- Class is for ages 21+
- Great for beginner to advanced cooks
- Students work in pairs, but will make their own charcuterie boards. Sign up with friends!
