Wine Pairing and Charcuterie
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, August 25th | 5:30-7:30pm

Build a stunning charcuterie board while learning the fundamentals of cheese and wine pairing. In this hands-on class with chef Mao Yang, you’ll practice arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and crackers, explore tasting and plating techniques, and sample four chef-selected wines. Leave with a finished board and the skills to impress at your next gathering.

  • Charcuterie Board Basics and Beautification
  • How to taste and pair wines with food
  • A mini charcuterie board of your very own!

What you’ll take home:

  • Eat what you’d like and take home the leftovers

More about this class:

  • Class is for ages 21+
  • Great for beginner to advanced cooks
  • Students work in pairs, but will make their own charcuterie boards. Sign up with friends!
