Chef CJ has taken his expertise in nutrition and wellness, and jazzed up some soulful favorites in honor of Black History Month! Explore these traditional culinary delights in a new style, designed to tantalize the tastebuds while nourishing body & soul in this fun and educational class. You’ll love digging in to Black Eyed Pea Dip, Braised Winter Greens, and Afro-Southern Shrimp & Grits. Class is for adults 16+. Students work in pairs – sign up with a friend! Please register February 20th.
