Cooking Class for Ages 16+

Chef CJ has taken his expertise in nutrition and wellness, and jazzed up some soulful favorites in honor of Black History Month! Explore these traditional culinary delights in a new style, designed to tantalize the tastebuds while nourishing body & soul in this fun and educational class. Class is for adults 16+. Students work in pairs – sign up with a friend! Please register February 20th.

Menu:

  • Black Eyed Peas Bruschetta
  • Afro-Southern Shrimp & Grits
  • Braised Greens

Cooking from the Heart
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Saturday, February 14th, 2026 | 10:30am-12:30pm

Warm up your belly and your heart in honor of American Heart Month with Chef CJ’s heart-healthy and delicious menu. Work with chef to prepare a Winter Salad with Pomegranate and Apple Cider Dressing, Roasted Pork with Dijon Mustard Sauce, and Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes! Chef CJ Jones is a registered and licensed dietitian and American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian with years of experience in both fields. Be sure to take advantage of this great learning (and eating) opportunity! Class is for students ages 16+

Super-Bowl, Super Foods
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Saturday, January 31st, 2026 | 10:30am-12:30pm

Get ready for the big game and wow your friends with Chef CJ’s twists on traditional snacks. In this cooking class you’ll pair up and create delicious Fiesta Potato Skins, Sweet & Spicy Berry Chicken Wings, and delicious Caprese Crostini with “Super Greens” Pesto!  Class is for ages 16+
