You’ll make two vibrant dishes: a refreshing Watermelon Salad with Feta and a hearty White Bean Niçoise Style Salad packed with vegetables, olives, and bright vinaigrette. As always, Chef Mona will share tips for building bold flavor without heaviness, working with seasonal ingredients, and adapting these dishes for entertaining or make ahead meals. Cool Summer Suppers: Shaved Beef Salad with Peaches

Keep things easy, fresh, and satisfying in this laid back summer cooking class with Chef Mona. Designed for warm evenings when you want big flavor with minimal carbs, this class focuses on bold combinations that feel exciting yet totally doable at home. You’ll prepare two meal worthy, salad style dishes rooted in Asian flavors. First up: Grilled Beef Salad with Ripe Summer Peaches, tossed with fresh herbs, arugula, and a bright, savory dressing for a sweet smoky hit. Then you’ll build a Savory Ramen-Flavors-Inspired Chop Salad—a hearty, vegetable forward bowl packed with crunch and bold flavor, but with almost none of the carbs you’d expect from ramen. Topped with soy poached chicken or tofu, it’s a satisfying, stand alone meal for lunch or dinner all week.
Chef Mona will guide you through grilling techniques, smart flavor layering, and flexible substitutions so you can easily adapt these dishes to chicken, shrimp, pork, or plant forward options at home.

Comfort Food with a Kick: “Elotes” Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Monday, July 20th | 5:30-8:00pm

Bring big Tex-Mex flavor to your home kitchen with Chef Mona in this hands on class featuring two crowd pleasing favorites: Elote Stuffed Peppers and Picadillo. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor with aromatics and spices, balance sweet savory notes and create a satisfying pepper filling inspired by street corn “elote.” Along the way, Chef Mona will share smart prep tips, substitutions (including vegetarian options), and techniques you can repeat for easy weeknight dinners or a make ahead meal for guests. Wednesday Wing Night!
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, July 22nd | 5:30-8:00 pm

Learn how to section and cook your favorite wings at home. While the wings are cooking, we’ll make 3 amazing sauces to sample and have some to take home, too! Level up your wing game with Chef Mona in this flavor-packed class featuring versatile, make ahead sauces you’ll use all summer long. We’ll sample the sauces with our chicken wings and seasonal veggies (vegetarians welcome!), and talk through how to riff on them for grilled meats, seafood, snacks, and more. You’ll also learn multiple “second life” uses—like turning a sauce into a crave-able summertime dip for chips, crudité, or grilled bread. Best of all, you’ll take home your creations to show off at your next barbecue.

This class is for ages 16+.

In this hands-on class, we’ll cook our way through the bold, joyful world of Indian‑ish by Priya Krishna—creating several one‑of‑a‑kind vegetarian Indian‑American hybrid dishes that are as exciting as they are approachable. This witty, irresistible cookbook is a loving tribute to a boundary‑breaking mom and her “Indian‑ish” home cooking, proving once and for all that Indian food is everyday food. Expect dishes that are clever, practical, and absolutely bursting with flavor—perfect for adventurous home cooks of all levels. Come ready to cook, taste, and be inspired. Date Night – Stuffed Chicken with Gnocchi
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, June 23 | 5:30-8:00 pm

Celebrate the season with a fun, flirty night in the kitchen. Guided by Chef Mona, you and your partner will cook side by side in a relaxed, festive atmosphere perfect for date night. Together, you’ll prepare Chicken Thighs Stuffed with Prosciutto, Feta, and Asparagus, learning techniques for building big flavor and perfectly juicy results. The dish is paired with a Sauté of Summer Vegetables with Gnocchi, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This class is for ages 21+, one registration is for two people. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Drink & Draw! Caricatures With Friends!
Thursday, 6:00 p.m.

Ages 21+

Class: 

Spend a fun, humorous, and amusing evening at Baker Hunt with a friend, loved one, or that special someone and learn to draw their Whimsical Caricature!

In this new exciting one day workshop, you will learn to create fun amusement park style caricatures drawing while you sketch your partner in class, while creating lasting and humorous memories!

What You’ll Experience:

Due to the presence of alcohol, this is an adult (21 and up) only workshop. You will have a choice of either wine and/or beer from our Baker Hunt beer and wine list. There is a two drink limit per person, and outside alcohol is not permitted. Non-alcoholic options are available and a snack tray is provided.

You will learn tips and tricks of how to render a simplistic caricature sketch of a person. Then you’ll spend time sketching your partner using the basic caricature supplies; pencils, pastels, and outlining markers.

What You’ll Leave With:

You will leave with a fun one of a kind caricature portrait, the knowledge of the basic fundamental skills of caricature making, and a fun memory with your partner.

Custom Hot Sauce
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, April 29th | 6:00-7:30pm

Join Chef/Owner Nate Nunemaker of Farmer Nate’s Sauce for a class on making delicious hot sauces of your own design!  Farmer Nate will discuss the science of peppers, and the method for making the perfect hot sauce, then you’ll get to create your own hot sauce picking from various peppers (some hotter than others), seasonings, and other ingredients to make your sauce unique! Students will work in pairs but get to make their own hot sauce to take home. Class is for students age 16+. **Due to the nature of the cooking process, capsaicin vapors become airborne – those who are allergic to or extremely sensitive to spicey foods should not take this class.**
