Ditch the boring weeknight routine—Chef Jo is bringing the heat! Learn how to turn a simple sheet pan into a flavor explosion with sizzling fajitas, vibrant veggies, and all the fixings. Quick, easy, and seriously crave-worthy. Your dinner game? Leveled up. Enjoy two adult beverages during class from a menu of beer and wine options. Class is for ages 21+, students work in pairs. Please register by January 4th.

- Flank Steak Fajitas with peppers and onions
