Raise the bar on the classic pumpkin roll with delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake Pinwheels! Join Liz Field from The Cheesecakery as she shows you how to create a tender pumpkin sponge cake filled with rich, creamy cheesecake filling and rolled into a beautiful and elegant take on this favorite fall dessert.
While your cake bakes, you’ll craft your own Pumpkin Spice Syrup and use it to craft a cozy hot coffee drink or a refreshing iced coffee, finished with whipped cream. Enjoy your beverage as you make a decadent filling and finish the mini rolls. You’ll also take home your homemade syrup to enjoy in coffee drinks, desserts, and other seasonal treats.
This hands-on class is the perfect way to celebrate fall flavors while learning new baking and beverage-making skills. Students work in pairs, so bring a friend!
