Summer may be just around the corner, but Chef Lilly is ready now—bringing bold flavors, vibrant colors, and pro tips and skills to the table. In this hands on class, you’ll cook a fresh, flavor packed menu inspired by Latin spices and warm weather cooking—perfect for late May when you’re craving something exciting but not heavy. You’ll prepare a bright Asparagus–Carrot Salad, Spicy Latin Meatballs with Chimichurri and Achiote Red Rice, and finish with a refreshing Mango Chili Lime Slushie—just right for the season. Designed for cooks 16 and up, students work in pairs, making this a great class to take with a friend. Come hungry, leave inspired, and head into summer cooking like a pro.
