Sauces for Grilling Season
Cooking Class for Ages 21+

Level up your cookout game with Chef Mona in this flavor-packed class focused on versatile, make ahead sauces you’ll use all summer long. We’ll sample the sauces with chicken wings and seasonal veggies (vegetarians welcome!), then talk through how to riff on them for grilled meats, seafood, bowls, sandwiches, and more. You’ll also learn multiple “second life” uses—like turning a sauce into a crave-able summertime dip for chips, crudité, or grilled bread. Best of all, you’ll take home your creations to show off at your next barbecue.

This class is for ages 21+. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Sip School: Cacao Nib Manhattan
Mixology Class for Ages 21+
Saturday, June 6th | 12:00-2:00pm

Step into Sip School, a specialty cocktail series led by local mixologist Daisy Webb. In this session, the star of the show is a Cocoa Nib Manhattan: perfect for those who prefer bold, no-nonsense drinks. Start with a guided vermouth tasting, then learn the fundamentals behind balance and dilution. You’ll create a citrus oleo saccharum syrup to take home, build a properly stirred Manhattan, and wrap with a mocktail workshop and zero-proof beverage. Please eat before class, but snacks will be provided.

Mixology Class for Ages 21+
Monday, July 6th | 5:30-7:30pm

Local mixologist Daisy Webb invites you to step into the world of thoughtful cocktail making with a guided cordials tasting and a clear, approachable breakdown of what makes a drink truly balanced. In this hands-on class, you’ll create your own herbal tea–based syrup to take home, then learn proper shaking technique while crafting the bright, elegant 20th Century. We’ll close with a mocktail workshop, so you leave with a zero-proof drink that’s just as intentional and satisfying. Please eat before class, and snacks will be served during class.

Date Night – Summer Flavors!
Cooking Class for Ages 21+
Tuesday, June 23 | 5:30-8:00 pm

Celebrate the season with a fun, flirty night in the kitchen. Guided by Chef Mona, you and your partner will cook side by side in a relaxed, festive atmosphere perfect for date night. Together, you’ll prepare Chicken Thighs Stuffed with Prosciutto, Feta, and Asparagus, learning techniques for building big flavor and perfectly juicy results. The dish is paired with a Sauté of Summer Vegetables with Gnocchi, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients.

This class is for ages 21+, one registration is for two people. Beer, Wine, and N/A Beer & Wine available for $6 per beverage; 2 drink per person maximum.

Warm, spice-driven flavors with a modern edge. Begin with a guided Amari tasting and a look at cocktail balance, then create a baking spice syrup to take home. You’ll shake up “Not Your Mom’s Appletini” and finish with a mocktail workshop and zero-proof drink. Please eat before class, but snacks will be provided.

Latin-Inspired Cooking – Summer Vibes

Summer may be just around the corner, but Chef Lilly is ready now—bringing bold flavors, vibrant colors, and pro tips and skills to the table. In this hands on class, you’ll cook a fresh, flavor packed menu inspired by Latin spices and warm weather cooking—perfect for late May when you’re craving something exciting but not heavy. You’ll prepare a bright Asparagus–Carrot Salad, Spicy Latin Meatballs with Chimichurri and Achiote Red Rice, and finish with a refreshing Mango Chili Lime Slushie—just right for the season. Designed for cooks 21 and up, students work in pairs, making this a great class to take with a friend. Come hungry, leave inspired, and head into summer cooking like a pro. Prep ready to munch Pimiento Cheese Dip bites, Hot Brown Mac & Cheese for the crowd, and delicious bourbon-laced Derby Pie Truffles. Saddle up for a fun, flavorful class and head out ready to win your party! Class is for folks 21+ due to the uncooked bourbon in the truffles.
