Cookbook Club: The Pleasures of Cooking for One by Judith Jones

Tired of recipes that leave you with days of leftovers? Wish you could try some exciting recipes on a smaller scale? Need new ideas for using “leftovers”? Join Chef Jo to discover how rewarding cooking on a small scale can be with recipes from and inspired by “The Pleasures of Cooking for One” by Judith Jones.
Working in pairs, you will make and sample three delicious, distinctly different meals from a thoughtfully planned set of ingredients and learn practical tips for shopping smart, storing food properly, reducing waste, and making the most of every ingredient. Grab a friend and sign up for this fun and informative class! Alcohol and NA beverages will be available for purchase during class (cash or venmo).

- Cheese Souffle for One
- Lemony Scallopine of Pork
- Pork Stir Fry with Veggies
- Potato Pork Hash
- Brown Rice Pilaf
- (all recipes can be adapted with tofu, request tofu in “notes” of registration)
