Tiffiny Dawson is a classically trained chef with a degree in Culinary Arts from the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State. She also holds a Master of Arts in Education from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University. A middle school science teacher with over 20 years of experience, Tiffiny also runs Dawson Cooking Company, offering small event catering and in-home cooking classes. She brings curiosity, structure, and a love of hands-on learning to every cooking class she teaches. In her free time, Tiffiny enjoys yoga, hiking, and walking her Golden Retriever.
