Family Knife Skills – Keep the Knife!
Ages 9-12 w/Adult
Monday, May 4th, 2026 | 5:30-7:30pm
Learning knife skills at a young age fosters independence, empowers the cook and enhances safety by replacing fear with proper, controlled techniques. Mastering these techniques, as an adult or a young person, leads to more efficient cooking and better eating.
With basic knife skills we’ll learn about the knife, knife cuts and cooking application. We’ll enjoy a roasted vegetable bowl with our knife cuts. Mary will demo a classic French vinaigrette

- Class is for ages 9-12 accompanied by an adult – each adult can only have one child with them.
- Best for beginner-intermediate youth cooks
