Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, May 13th | 5:30-7:30pm
You’ll sample the spicy/sweet/savory flavors of Vietnam when you join Chef Jo to make Summer Rolls, Red Rice, and Spicy Firecracker Snack Mix. Practice your fine knife skills and learn the tricks to roll rice paper wrappers. We’ll craft a deeply savory rice dish to complement the bright dipping sauces and top it all off with a sweet coffee drink!
