Join us to help find your center and have great family fun in this class this class for adults caring for children ages from 4-10. This class focuses on movement, play and mindfulness, no experience required! Come in, have fun, and experience a fun introduction to yoga for you and your little on as you learn basic poses in the fun holiday theme of Thanksgiving & Christmas! Come in and learn the “Happy Pumpkin” pose, and the “Tin Soldier” pose, and so much more!
What You’ll Learn:
In a group, movement-by-movement instructed environment, you will learn traditional and easy yoga stances and practices.
What You’ll Leave With:
By the end of each class meeting you will leave refreshed with a better mental and physical well-being and a fun memory with your family!
