Join Chef Rebecca Bryant in whipping up a delicious French Fruit Tart! This pastry confection features a delicious crust, velvety custard filling, visually appealing fruit arranged on top, and an apricot glaze to keep it looking fresh and delicious! Students will prepare their own tart, and get to keep the tart pan (a $20 value)! Students will work in pairs, class is for ages 16+
