Chef Lilly is sharing her three favorite summer secret weapons – versatile recipes that do double duty as a side or a meal. We will be diving into three bold, make-ahead cold dishes that are perfect for cookouts, picnics, potlucks, lunches, and dinners! Chef will talk through complimentary protein options so you can turn any of these into a weeknight dinner or hearty lunch. Not only will these wow your taste buds, they are designed to give you that healthy energy summer demands, and all are vegetarian with options to add meats and cheeses if you like.
