Celebrate 90+ years of culinary history with Chef Jo! We’re diving into the iconic Joy of Cooking—from vintage classics to modern twists. Bring your copy, share your foodie memories, and cook dishes that have stood the test of time. Nostalgia never tasted so good.  Class is for ages 21+; you will work in pairs. Registration includes 2 adult beverages from a list of beer and wine options. Please register by January 18th at noon.

Menu:

• Pastry Snails (1st Edition)
• Stuffed Pork Loin Chops (Inspired by “Stuffed Pork Chops Cockaigne”)
• Roasted Cabbage Wedges with Yogurt Sauce (19th Edition)
