In this hands-on class, young chefs and their adult partners will learn from Chef Mona how to make fluffy homemade biscuits from scratch, then top them with rich and savory country-style gravy. You’ll also prepare warm fried apples seasoned with cinnamon and spice for a comforting finishing touch. Who says breakfast is only for mornings?
