Join local mushroom cultivator Tina, of The Shroomery, for a warm and welcoming fall cooking class. Discover the magic of fresh gourmet mushrooms as you prepare a hearty Wild Mushroom Soup with Sausage and Orzo. Paired with Maple-Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts and perfectly complemented with Rustic Garlic-Parmesan Bread, you will learn how locally grown mushrooms bring depth and richness to autumn cooking. Along the way, Tina will share insights into different types of mushrooms, their health benefits, and tips for making the most of fall’s harvest.
