Join Chef/Owner Tina Barger of The Shroomery at SA Farm to begin a foray into cooking with Gourmet Mushrooms. Chef Tina will teach you the basics of mushroom nutrition, storage and meal prep as she teaches you to prepare two of her own hearty pasta recipes for quick & delicious meals in minutes. Class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by March 15th at noon.
