“Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat!”
Join Chef Jo and cook from this multi-award winning cookbook by Samin Nosrat. This cookbook gives you more than recipes, it teaches you how to be a better cook. Explore the power of HEAT, the importance of SALT, the transformational power of ACID and the impact of good FAT in crafting dishes that sing! This class is for students ages 21+, students work in pairs, registration includes 2 adult beverages of choice from our selection of beer and wine. Please register by February 15th at noon.
