In this hands-on class, you’ll transform beloved comfort-food desserts into refined, restaurant-worthy creations while honoring the flavors that have made them classics for generations. Explore techniques in plating, texture, flavor balance, and presentation as you learn how to elevate simple ingredients into sophisticated desserts.
