Eat Now AND Later – Espagnole Sauce-Based Meals
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 | 11:00am-1:00pm
In this class, you will learn to make the classic mother sauce, Espagnole (aka brown sauce), then use it in 2 different recipes – one will be a lovely lunch to share with classmates, the other will be packed for you to take home and have for dinner, or freeze for another time. This class is for students ages 16+, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by February 6th at noon.
