Let the good times roll with Chef Mona in this exploration of celebratory foods perfect for Fat Tuesday. Enjoy some N’awlins jazz and sip a Hurricane while you craft classic jambalaya, skillet cornbread, and pecan pralines. Class is for students ages 21+, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by February 13th at noon.
