Mona likes to remind us, “we’re here for a good time, not a long time!” Let’s cook up some sure to be “best of the party” game day munchies in a flash. Enjoy an adult beverage while you up your pre-game making Mo’Betta Cheese Puffs, Grid-Iron (ok, it’s cast-iron) Chili Corn Bread, and Sausage Cheese Ball Pinwheels. Everyone’s a winner with Chef Mona’s curated big-game hits. Class is for adults ages 21+. Students work in pairs, so sign up with a friend!

Mardi Gras – Jambalaya and Other Favorites

Let the good times roll with Chef Mona in this exploration of celebratory foods perfect for Fat Tuesday. Enjoy some N’awlins jazz and sip a Hurricane while you craft classic jambalaya, skillet cornbread, and pecan pralines. Class is for students ages 21+, students work in pairs so sign up with a friend! Please register by February 13th at noon. “Laissez Les Bons Temps Roullez!”
