Join Chef Jeri for a fun class all about making Gnocchi from scratch!  In this class, you’ll learn to make the classic pasta called gnocchi.  Enjoy eating these fun dumpling-shaped pastas with a quick and easy red sauce, and delicious garlic bread! Class is for youth ages 9-12. Kids work in pairs, sign up with a friend!

Fancy French Fruit Tart
Baking and More for Ages 16+
Tuesday, October 28 | 5:30-8:00pm

Join Chef Rebecca Bryant in whipping up a delicious French Fruit Tart! This pastry confection features a delicious crust, velvety custard filling, visually appealing fruit arranged on top, and an apricot glaze to keep it looking fresh and delicious! Students will prepare their own tart, and get to keep the tart pan (a $20 value)! Students will work in pairs, class is for ages 16+

Welcome to Grandma’s Kitchen and the wonderful scent of warm after-school snack cakes! Chef Jo has fond memories of after-school baking and the delicious results. Join her to learn simple one-bowl cake making techniques, and bake THREE of her favorite fruit-filled snack cake recipes!  Class is for youth ages 11-15. Students will work in pairs.
