Knife Skills: Soup Edition
Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Saturday, January 17th, 2026 | 10:30am-12:30pm
Hone your knife skills in this foundations class with Chef Vogel! Work on a number of different knife skills, from how to hold the knife properly, to various knife cuts. You’ll also learn the basics of soups and the importance of attractive, properly sized veggie cuts. Class is for ages 16+, students work in pairs to create their soups, but work on knife skills individually. Please register by January 13th at noon.
