Knife Skills: Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner

Hone your knife skills in this foundations class with Chef Vogel! Work on a number of different knife skills, from how to hold the knife properly, to various knife cuts. You’ll learn to 8-cut and roast a chicken, learn various knife cuts practicing on potatoes and various veggies to cook up for a delicious dinner! Class is for ages 16+. Please register by March 3rd at noon.
