3-Week Cooking Course for Ages 16+
Saturdays, Starting November 8 | 10:30am-1:00pm
Join Chef Andrew Vogel for a 3-week course in the Culinary Arts! In cooking 101, you’ll explore knife skills, sauce making, protein cookery, and more! This class is for ages 16+. Students work individually to hone their skills.
Menu:
- Week 1: Knife Skills: Asian Veggie Salad, Fruit Salad with Poppyseed Vinaigrette, Vegetable stock
- Week 2: Sauces: Mornay, Bearnaise, Marsala, Vegetable Steaming, Seared Steaks
- Week 3: Meal Timing: Chicken Butchery – 8-Cut Roast Chicken, Marinated Veggie Salad, Mashed Potatoes
