Chef Lilly is taking over the kitchen to show you how to make the country’s most famous comfort foods. You’ll chop up the garlicky “liquid gold” Chimichurri Sauce, then master the cast iron skillet to achieve a Perfectly Crusted Steak to pour it over. Paired with Crispy Oven Roasted Potatoes with Basil-Olive-Butter, it’s a flavor explosion you won’t want to miss. Finish off the night with a batch of Alfajores Cookies—buttery, crumbly perfection, filled with decadent Dulce de Leche and dusted in powdered sugar. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a kitchen novice, you’ll leave with the skills to master the perfect steak and the ultimate sandwich cookie.
