Join Chef Knight of Cora’s Cakery to learn the exciting and delicious art of dipped treats! Learn the secrets to the best textured melts and the methods for dipping for perfect treats every time!  Class is for kids ages 7-12 accompanied by an adult.

Menu:

  • Dipped and Decorated Pretzel Rods, Rice Crispy Treats, Oreos, and more!

A chocolate adventure awaits! In this hands‑on class, you’ll dive into the magical world of black cocoa—the secret ingredient that makes some of your favorite cookies extra dark and extra delicious (think “oreos”). You’ll mix, bake, and take triple‑chocolate brownie brittle that’s crunchy, chocolaty, and totally irresistible. Then you’ll make your own black‑cocoa shortbread cookies—soft, crumbly, and perfect for turning into awesome sandwich cookies. If you love chocolate, creating cool treats, and having fun in the kitchen, this class is the perfect place to show off your baking superpowers.
