Stir-Fry Noodle Bowl and Orange Custard
Asian Cooking Class for Ages 16+
Tuesday, September 29th | 5:30-8:00pm

Join Chef Lilly for a hands-on class featuring a fast, flavor-packed stir-fry inspired by the classic Chinese restaurant favorite, Mu-Shu Pork. We’ll build layers of savory flavor with hoisin sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, green onions, and crisp vegetables, tossed together with tender pork (vegetarian option available, just let us know!) for a satisfying meal that comes together in minutes. Instead of traditional Chinese pancakes, we’ll serve our stir-fry over tender noodles for a one-pan, one dish meal! Finish off your meal with a refreshing orange-coconut panna cotta style dessert. Along the way, you’ll learn practical knife skills, stir-fry techniques, and simple strategies for creating restaurant-quality meals at home without spending hours in the kitchen.

  • Mu Shu-inspired Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry
  • Chilled Orange-Coconut Custard
