Paper Pulp “Clay” Sculptures

Class Description:
In this workshop, you will learn about the process of making paper pulp/paper clay and using it as an exciting medium to build three-dimensional objects. With its unique textural and moldable qualities, paper pulp sculptures are lightweight, eco friendly, and durable!
What You’ll Learn:
- Learn how paper pulp becomes a sculptural medium
- Explore form, texture, and structure
- Build and finish a paper pulp “clay” sculpture
- Practice patience, problem-solving, and craftsmanship
What You’ll Leave With:
Students will leave with a paper pulp bowl, vase, and/or a paper clay tile refill
