Bring a picture of your furry loved one to transform into a dazzling stained glass portrait!

Explore the wonderous world of stained glass making and learn all the ins and outs of proper design for creating a piece that lasts forever!

Come and discover the steps and the tools used in the Stained Glass making process. In a step-by-step, small group learning environment, you will create your very own individualized custom design. This class is set up as a beginner class or a refresher class.  No glass working experience is needed.

What You’ll Learn:

Students will learn to turn a picture of their pet into stained glass, learning an additional technique of using Pebeo Vitrea paint to bring their piece to life.

You will also learn how to properly use the basic tools of a stained glass artist, and you will learn the FOUR basic steps of the stained glass making process: Glass Cutting, Glass Grinding, Foiling, and Soldering. You will demonstrate these four steps on a simple class practice piece design first, and then demonstrate them on your final project design.

What You’ll Leave With:

By the end of the course, you will have learned and experienced first-hand all the steps of how to make a piece of stained glass art, and you will leave a personalized pet portrait, sized to hang in a window or on a picture easel.
